RIDGEWOOD, N.J. (April 23, 2017), R&S Landscaping  sponsored The Conservancy for Ridgewood Public Lands and the Ridgewood Environmental Advisory Committee (REAC) – “From Rain to Drain” journey.

The R&S dedicated team was very busy on Sunday April 23rd distributing herbs, wild flower seeds and providing information to reduce water use by using easy to care for drought tolerant plants.  Julie Watson, Lead Specialty Gardener demonstrated  how using combinations of different textures and colored succulents and sedums can create a low maintenance drought tolerant combination that are equally as beautiful as using your traditional flowers.  It was a beautiful day and a great turn out. The R&S Team looks forward to this event every year; meeting people as well as providing guidance and answering garden & landscaping questions.
